Unsure what system you have? Let us tell you.

Repair or replace?

A repair can sometimes cost as much as a brand-new boiler, and you may face more issues with a repaired boiler down the road.

A new boiler is typically more efficient and reliable.

Plus, your new boiler will come with a warranty, so if it breaks down, the manufacturer will fix it at no extra cost.

We offer a brand-new A-rated boiler starting at £1,745, or from £12.17 per month, including VAT and Gas Safe installation.

How much does it cost?

Typically, the costs for:

  • a brand new A-rated boiler
  • a new flue
  • all necessary fixtures, fittings, and safety attachments
  • installation by a Gas Safe Registered engineer

would range from £2,500 to £4,000.

However, EFAM Heat can provide the same A-rated boiler, flue, attachments, and Gas Safe registered installation starting at £1,795, or from £11.61 per month, including VAT.

Is my boiler covered by EFAM Heat?
Your manufacturer's warranty, not EFAM Heat, will cover your boiler. Every new EFAM Heat boiler comes with a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 10 years.

There's nothing you need to do to activate your warranty – we’ll register your boiler with the manufacturer as part of the installation process.

Our manufacturer warranties are as follows:

  • Worcester Bosch: up to 10 years, depending on the model
  • Navien: up to 10 years, depending on the model
  • Ideal: 7-10 years
  • Baxi: 7 years
  • Vaillant: 5-10 years
  • Glowworm: 5-10 years
  • Heatline: 2 years

For additional coverage of your heating system, you can purchase an EFAM home cover plan, which will be available after your boiler purchase.

Will my installation be messy?

Not at all, we know this is a time of stress. All our engineers will make sure that surfaces are protected and the area they're working on is always clean and tidy.

We will even dispose of your old system for you. We've got it all covered.

What should I do in advance?

We’ll need a little of your help to ensure everything goes smoothly on installation day.

Before the installer arrives, please clear any clutter around the boiler, especially valuables and fragile items, and make sure the boiler is easily accessible.

Unless we inform you otherwise, the boiler will typically be delivered between 7:30am and 9:30am on the day of installation.

Will your engineer flush my radiators?

Yes, as part of every EFAM Heat boiler installation, the engineer will perform a chemical flush of the entire system. They will use a chemical cleaning solution to break down any built-up sludge, then refill the system with fresh water, which uses natural flow pressure to flush out the debris.

We also offer an upgrade to a MagnaCleanse system flush, which provides a quicker and more thorough cleaning by using multiple components to remove magnetite, rust, and other build-ups from the system.
