How does it all work? 

EFAM Heat puts you in charge. You can purchase a new product for your home and select the installation date online, all without dealing with salespeople. Instead of sending a salesperson to your home, we ask you a few simple questions online. It's quick and easy to do on your phone or tablet.

You'll have the option to compare brands and prices, then choose a time that works for you to have one of our expert installers set it up.

I'm a landlord - Can I use your service?
 

Yes, all you need to do is answer a few questions about the property where you want the installation, and then provide both the installation address and your home address during checkout. If you're purchasing for multiple properties, you'll need to complete the checkout process separately for each one. If you're unsure or unable to access the property, it's a good idea to have your tenants take pictures before you start.

Can I use finance?  

Of course, we offer a range of competitive pricing options to suit all needs. To find out more go to our finance page which will explain the options and our finance partners. 
 
Early repayment is possible and will depend on the finance option you have chosen and your agreement at checkout.

Can I pay using multiple cards?
 

Yes, but you’ll need to give us a ring on 0800 084 3520 , or drop us an email at help@efamheat.com. Alternatively, you could choose pay monthly at checkout where you can put up to 50% deposit on a card and pay off the rest over 1 or 2 years without paying any interest (0% APR). If you need a longer payment term you can choose to pay monthly over 3, 5 or 10 years at 11.9% APR.

When is my installation date?  

Once you've made full payment or signed your finance agreement, you're all set.

If payment hasn't been completed or a finance plan hasn't been agreed upon within 24 hours of selecting your installation date, the slot will become available to other customers.

For next-day installation, you’ll need to finalize payment or sign the finance agreement by 3pm to secure your slot.

Can I cancel?
 

Yes, but you'll need to call us on 0800 084 3520 or email help@efamheat.com 

We hope you don't and if you've found a cheaper alternative, let us know and we'll match their price. 

If you need to reschedule, just give us a call.
